The Homesberg–Hospitable integration allows you to securely connect your Hospitable account to Homesberg and access Airbnb ranking insights, AI-powered pricing recommendations, market intelligence, and portfolio analytics from a single platform.

Yes. Homesberg is an official Hospitable integration partner. You can connect your account securely using OAuth without sharing passwords or manually exporting data.

  1. Sign up or login to your Homesberg account.

  2. Click on your profile icon on the top-right.

  3. Select Account Settings.

  4. While in the Connections page, click on the +Add Connection button on the right side.

  5. Select the Hospitable tile.

  6. Click on Connect Hospitable.

  7. You will be redirected to the Hospitable login page where you will provide your credentials (if you aren't already logged in).

  8. Review the permissions, and click Authorize Homesberg.

  9. You will be brought back to your Homesberg account upon successful authorization.

Homesberg syncs reservation, availability, and listing-related information needed to generate pricing recommendations, occupancy insights, and performance analytics.

Automatic rate syncing is optional. Simply enable Pricing Tools to allow Homesberg to update your prices automatically, or use the platform for ranking insights and analytics managing rates yourself.

Yes. Many hosts use Homesberg alongside existing pricing tools.
